| Biography: | Cuauhtemoc Medina (born Mexico City,
5 December 1965) is an art critic,
curator and historian who lives and
works in Mexico City.
He has a PhD in Art History and Theory
and is Researcher at the Instituto
de Investigaciones Esteticas, National
University of Mexico; Associate Curator
of Latin American Art Collections at Tate
in London; and a member of Teratoma, a
group of curators, critics and
anthropologists based in Mexico City. In
2002 he organised Francis Alys's action
When Faith Moves Mountains (Lima)
and curated the exhibition 20 Million
Mexicans Can't Be Wrong (London).
Among his recent publications

Gothic' in Diana C. Dupont (ed.), Risking
