Description:
‘(...) a motorised skipping rope with one end of the rope attached to a swivel on one side of wall, and the other end to a metal arm with a motor on the opposite side of wall. The motor is running non-stop at approx. 90 revolutions per minute (with pauses in between to cool down the motor). Audience is welcome to participate under supervision (…) There are several contrasts like the human feeling and the coldness of the machinery/tech. age; their different physical limits; different rhythms, different noises heard, different choices…’
